By accessing or using the Botrix website, placing an order, booking a session, submitting a project request, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, whether through email/password signup or "Sign in with Google". You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item is out of stock or pricing was listed in error). Prices are shown in 262145 and may change without prior notice. Cash on Delivery is currently the supported payment method; other methods may be added over time and will be shown as options at checkout when available.
Delivery timeframes mentioned on the site are estimates, not guarantees. We'll contact you by phone to confirm delivery details after an order is placed. Delays caused by courier partners or circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility, though we'll assist in resolving issues where we can.
We test kits and components before dispatch. If an item arrives faulty, contact us via WhatsApp or the Contact page so we can resolve it. Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith but minor variations (e.g. packaging) may occur.
Custom project pricing is quoted individually based on scope and deadline; published tiers are starting points, not fixed prices. Awareness sessions, labs, and online courses are subject to availability and scheduling, and may be rescheduled or adjusted where necessary with reasonable notice to you.
If something isn't right with an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order code -- we handle these on a case-by-case basis. Custom project work that has already commenced may not be eligible for a full refund once work has begun.
You agree not to misuse the site -- including attempting to access other users' accounts, interfering with site security, submitting false information, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
All site content -- including text, graphics, logos, and course materials -- belongs to Botrix or its licensors and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without our permission.
To the extent permitted by law, Botrix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, beyond the value of the relevant order.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
